Requirements

  • •Contribute to the RED Oncology drug development strategy

  • •Support career development and scientific strategic coaching
  • •Collaborate with R&D functions on cross-site activities
  • •Implement back translational strategies for drug discovery
  • •Prepare documentation for internal reviews and regulatory submissions
  • •Drive integrated portfolio strategies across indications and modalities
  • •Maintain networks with academic partners and medical experts
  • •Foster creativity and motivation among scientific teams
  • •Define team outcomes to deliver on the mission
  • •Remove roadblocks to facilitate collaboration
