Requirements
- •PhD in Pharmacometrics, Data Sciences, or relevant Master's with experience
- •Experience in scientific, clinical, or pharmaceutical development environments
- •Experience with PopPK, PKPD, PBPK, PBBM, or QSP modelling (plus)
- •Experience supporting modelling workflows through standardization or automation
- •Experience in generative AI or machine learning (plus)
- •Experience in IT product ownership and GCP-compliant solutions (beneficial)
- •Experience in project management, communication, and organizational skills
- •Fluency in spoken and written English
- •Experience advancing AI/ML-enabled pharmacometric methodologies or simulation workflows
- •Experience leading evolution, governance, and lifecycle of PMx platforms

- •Define the vision for PMx analysis platforms
- •Maintain roadmaps for AI-enabled modeling tools
- •Oversee the full system lifecycle as Business System Lead
- •Translate scientific requirements into GCP-compliant digital solutions
- •Implement advanced Bayesian estimation and simulation workflows
- •Optimize and harmonize modeling processes with subject matter experts
- •Automate PMx workflows and version-control practices
- •Lead infrastructure and AI-focused innovation initiatives
- •Manage the governance of cloud-based analysis solutions
- •Steer cross-functional initiatives on enterprise digital strategy
