Requirements

  • •PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • •Proven expertise in analytical methodologies, such as trace analysis
  • •Working knowledge of extractables/leachables (technical and regulatory)
  • •People management experience and strong supervisory skills
  • •Strong reporting and scientific skills with ability to interpret complex data
  • •Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Tasks

  • •Perform extractables and leachables assessments
  • •Conduct elemental impurities assessments
  • •Act as the global subject matter expert for EL/EI
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance for global EL/EI strategies
  • •Supervise EL/EI laboratory studies using various analytical methodologies
  • •Manage a team of scientists and ensure effective resource use
  • •Oversee equipment maintenance and safety compliance
  • •Drive innovation and technical strategy projects
  • •Contribute to scientific publications
  • •Evaluate new technologies
  • •Support department initiatives
  • •Maintain cGMP qualification and documentation standards
  • •Perform other assigned duties
