In this role, you will manage a significant renewable energy portfolio, ensuring compliance and optimizing performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and mentoring junior team members to drive value creation.

Requirements

• •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• •Advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA)
• •Strong track record in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, or Asset Management
• •Proven ability to manage complex financing structures, cashflow-intensive assets, and lender relationships
• •Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., German GAAP, IFRS)
• •Experience with loan and covenant management
• •Strong analytical and communication skills
• •Ability to present complex topics clearly to senior stakeholders

Tasks

• •Oversee and optimize solar and storage portfolios
• •Ensure compliance with covenants and timely payments
• •Deliver accurate reporting to lenders and stakeholders
• •Act as the primary contact for lenders and equity partners
• •Provide clear financial analyses and strategic recommendations
• •Drive portfolio performance through strategic initiatives
• •Monitor loan agreements and identify risks
• •Implement risk mitigation strategies
• •Review and validate financial reporting packages
• •Ensure alignment with investor and board expectations
• •Collaborate with Controlling, Treasury, and Cash Collection teams
• •Safeguard data integrity and cash flow reliability
• •Contribute to structuring new financing vehicles
• •Leverage portfolio expertise with deal and origination teams
• •Mentor junior portfolio managers
• •Build best practices within the team
