- Ensure data protection and compliance with encryption and auditing
- Secure cloud native architecture, including Kubernetes
- Monitor and optimize product performance and cost
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve the product
- Analyze and test new technologies to enhance team capabilities
- Mentor and support the development of team members' skills
- Guide Junior Developers and Security-focused Operations staff
