Senior Platform Engineer - DevEx(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Experience as Senior Software or Platform Engineer
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
• Understanding of modern software security principles
• Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud-native architectures
• Software engineering fundamentals and general-purpose language proficiency
• Systems thinking and infrastructure decision-making ability
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders directly
• Pragmatic and outcome-oriented mindset

Tasks

• Design and maintain the Internal Developer Platform
• Build self-service delivery pipelines and service templates
• Develop internal APIs and observability integrations
• Create standardized golden paths for engineering use cases
• Translate the platform roadmap into high-quality engineering solutions
• Manage secure and cost-aware platform defaults end-to-end
• Drive platform adoption through documentation and migration support
• Make architectural decisions to optimize system throughput
• Improve developer workflows using DevEx and flow metrics
• Abstract technical complexity while preserving system transparency
• Partner with SRE, Security, and Product Engineering teams
• Provide technical direction through well-reasoned trade-offs
