Requirements
- At least 6 years senior Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Strong AWS cloud platform expertise
- Deep Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration knowledge
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) proficiency
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) building/maintenance experience
- Strong observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) understanding
- Solid networking, system administration, cloud security grasp
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Project leadership and engineering decision influence experience
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices background
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- TypeScript, Python or Go programming skills
Tasks
- Design cloud-based infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or similar tools
- Oversee container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Ensure robust disaster recovery and high availability
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Integrate automated testing and security checks
- Implement logging, alerting, and observability tools
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and outages
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues
- Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance, and governance standards
- Apply security patches and updates to infrastructure
- Partner with software engineers for operational best practices
- Lead technical decisions for infrastructure and platform initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices
