Requirements

  • 4+ years in SRE, Developer Experience, Platform, Cloud, or Backend Engineering
  • Strong grasp of "Day 2” operations and system reliability
  • Excellent writing skills for clear communication
  • Proficiency in Python, Golang, or TypeScript
  • Good experience with public cloud provider, ideally GCP
  • Very good spoken and written English
  • Residency in Germany
  • Prior experience with IoT applications
  • Interest in climate tech industry
  • Experience in a scale-up environment
  • Willingness to apply even if not meeting all requirements

Tasks

  • Orchestrate agents for AI-native software development
  • Build digital backbone for continuous and safe software releases
  • Establish machine-readable context for AI navigation
  • Create standardized development paths for humans and agents
  • Prioritize work using KPIs like system availability and change lead time
  • Design resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability
