As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive the paid growth engine by optimizing campaigns and aligning strategies with measurable business outcomes. This role involves continuous experimentation and collaboration across teams to enhance lead conversion and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• •3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• •Proven success in owning and optimizing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
• •Strong analytical capability and experience with attribution models, funnel KPIs, and ROI-driven decision-making
• •Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and campaign management tools
• •Advanced skills in G-Sheets or data visualization tools
• •Fluency in English; German and French language skills are a strong plus
• •Growth mindset: curiosity, experimentation, and driven by measurable impact
• •Understanding as a connector between data, creativity, and strategic storytelling
• •Proactivity and structured approach to improve processes and contribute to team success

Tasks

• •Build and own a performance marketing vision
• •Lead and optimize paid media activity across Europe
• •Shape paid acquisition strategies around measurable outcomes
• •Ensure leads are qualified and efficiently converted
• •Run structured A/B tests on ads and landing pages
• •Own landing page optimization and CRO testing frameworks
• •Align organic content with paid social and brand strategy
• •Collaborate with SEO, Brand, Sales, and Product teams
• •Establish KPI frameworks and implement tracking
• •Build reports and performance presentations for stakeholders
• •Identify opportunities to scale using AI and automation tools
