Requirements

  • •5+ years experience in payments analytics, BI, or data analytics
  • •Expert-level SQL skills and strong BI tool experience
  • •Solid understanding of cloud-based data warehouses
  • •Deep knowledge of the payments lifecycle
  • •Experience building KPI frameworks and dashboards
  • •Hands-on mindset and data translation ability
  • •High attention to detail and ownership
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English

  • •Build automated monitoring for fast decision-making
  • •Serve as the central source of truth for insights
  • •Analyze and recommend payment product improvements
  • •Evaluate PSP performance and customer experience
  • •Support fraud and risk strategy development
  • •Define and execute the Payments BI roadmap
  • •Scale and automate evolving reporting needs
  • •Explore advanced analytics and AI/ML opportunities
  • •Collaborate with central BI and Data teams
