Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher degree in engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Aerospace industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Compliance Verification Engineer in an EASA Design Organization or as an engineering Unit Member in an FAA Design Organization
- Experience with aircraft interior design/modification programs
- 5+ years of experience in leading complex projects
- Expertise with navigating OEM data systems for specifications and standards
- Principled, reliable professional valuing integrity, safety, and accountability
- Comfortable with a variable work statement
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Tasks
- Develop and document structural and interior system requirements
- Integrate system design for payloads
- Validate and verify systems and components against specifications
- Supervise supplier development and production activities
- Coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and integration
- Create new design and analysis processes to enhance development efficiency
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure aircraft cabin quality
