Requirements

  • •Patent law expertise
  • •Support for biosimilar and generic product development
  • •Navigating regulatory and licensing environments
  • •Relationship building with stakeholders and teams
  • •Qualification as European Patent Attorney (EQE) or equivalent, or attorney-at-law admission
  • •Scientific degree (BA, BSc, PhD or equivalent)
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • •5+ years of experience in patent law, ideally within pharmaceutical industry
  • •Experience in diverse, international teams and matrix organizations
  • •Familiarity with emerging markets (METAP, APAC, China)

Bachelor's degree

Doctoral / PhD
