As a Senior Paid Social Consultant, you will drive impactful campaigns by developing and optimizing ads across various platforms, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with creative teams to effectively engage target audiences.

• •Several years of experience in hands-on paid social projects

• •Passion for Paid Social and staying updated on news and trends
• •Understanding of numbers and KPIs for managing complex campaign setups, budgets, and results
• •Ability to implement paid social strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and budget
• •Ability to allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively
• •Very good command of written and spoken English (C1) and German is a plus
• •T-structured profile and willingness to learn new skills and technologies

Tasks

• •Develop, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• •Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations
• •Communicate campaign updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients regularly
• •Allocate and manage budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results
• •Prepare Paid Social forecasts and media plans
• •Identify and define target audiences for effective ad targeting
• •Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals or videos for ad campaigns
• •Craft engaging and persuasive ad copy to attract the target audience
• •Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments
• •Implement and configure conversion tracking mechanisms to measure campaign success
• •Design and run A/B tests to compare different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages
