Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1–5 years of practical experience in business analytics, operational controlling, or related field
- Strong data analysis and business intelligence (BI) tools/methodologies background
- Proven operational controlling, financial controlling, or operational finance experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset
- Independent work and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights clearly
- Salesforce familiarity
- Proficiency in Excel/GSheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Excellent command of English (required)
- German language skills (a plus)
- Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
- Cost accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for advanced data manipulation (a plus)
Tasks
- Develop and maintain KPI reports for logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain
- Present operational insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage and control operational payments, including AR and AP
- Track and monitor bonus-relevant KPIs for the operations team
- Support transparent performance management and incentive calculations
- Create and implement standardized operational controlling frameworks
- Develop real-time dashboards for operational metrics and performance trends
- Collaborate with department heads to define and optimize KPIs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc operational reports
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy with quality checks and audits
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Recommend and implement process automation and system improvements
