- Autonomous, structured, and able to bring rigor in fast-paced environment
- Motivation to help build robust NDT capability from ground up
- Open, pragmatic, and comfortable working in international and cross-functional team
Tasks
- Perform, supervise, and approve NDT inspections
- Focus on Radiographic Testing (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Conduct Penetrant Testing (PT) as needed
- Support production with hands-on inspection activities
- Ensure product conformity and fast resolution of quality issues
- Define and validate NDT techniques
- Comply with applicable standards and customer requirements
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures
- Ensure full traceability of results
- Act as the technical focal point for NDT topics
- Support non-conformity investigations
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Implement corrective actions
- Deploy advanced inspection capabilities
- Structure the future NDT organization
- Define and deploy EN 4179 / NAS 410 framework
- Train, mentor, and qualify Level 2 inspectors
