- Strong track record shipping professional Apps in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin)
- AI-first mindset, mastering Gen AI as multiplier for SDLC
- Mastered creating own skills and driving spec-driven development
- Deep understanding of mobile architectures and app lifecycle
- Skilled in scaling, optimizing, and debugging cross-platform Apps
- Proven ability to facilitate and communicate architectural decisions
- Able to onboard others to modern engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing)
- Helpful: Hands-on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) experience or strong interest
Tasks
- Design and build mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Shape Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) architecture and shared code strategy
- Own technical decisions and ensure code quality
- Maintain long-term code maintainability
- Leverage Gen AI tools like Claude Code in development
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams
- Deliver exceptional user experiences
- Mentor and develop other engineers
