Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • •Solid knowledge of M365 environment (SharePoint, Teams) and Microsoft ecosystem
  • •Experience with Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid cloud architectures
  • •Basic knowledge of Power BI and Dynamics 365
  • •Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and high level of ownership
  • •Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Take ownership of M365 Power Platform governance
  • •Continuously develop and operate M365 solutions
  • •Design and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • •Gather requirements and consult with international business units
  • •Implement solutions based on gathered requirements
  • •Provide 2nd level support for general M365 topics
  • •Handle a variety of support tickets to find business solutions
  • •Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • •Troubleshoot system-related issues to ensure stable operations
