- Translate client needs into solution roadmaps and technical plans
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to delivery teams
- Guide Azure AI Engineers and Data Engineers in best practices
- Mentor team members in advanced AI techniques
- Review designs and code to ensure quality
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices for the team
- Implement reproducible workflows and CI/CD for ML models
- Automate testing and monitor model performance in production
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and Azure services
- Evaluate new technologies and incorporate generative AI capabilities
- Oversee multiple AI projects, ensuring architectural consistency
- Act as the go-to expert for complex technical problems
- Contribute to internal Data & AI capability development
- Develop reusable architecture blueprints and reference implementations
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and training for colleagues
