Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Strong practical experience with automation and scripting, especially PowerShell
- Desire to streamline work through standardization and tooling
- Solid understanding of identity and access management
- Solid understanding of device management principles
- Solid understanding of policy creation
- Solid understanding of governance of Microsoft-based infrastructures
- Strong practical experience with core infrastructure components (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Optimization of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy in enterprise-grade environments
- Experience working in international environments
- Clear communication and coordination in international environments
- Proactive and efficient mindset
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to implement practical solutions
- Structured, reliable, and self-driven approach
- Ability to balance operational responsibilities with improvement initiatives
- Experience in IT security-related areas (intrusion detection, data loss prevention)
- Contribution to IT security certification (e.g., ISO 27001)
Tasks
- Lead Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, and desktop environment operations
- Enhance and develop long-term Microsoft services for performance, reliability, security, and scalability
- Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements using PowerShell and Intune
- Manage identity, access, device compliance, and endpoint policies for secure platform operation
- Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex Microsoft ecosystem issues
- Oversee full troubleshooting process until stable resolution
- Maintain high-quality documentation and operational guidelines
- Support team members by sharing expertise and providing practical guidance
- Contribute to continuous learning team culture
- Improve internal processes, service quality, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency through structured feedback
