Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems
  • •Experience in CAD design for polymers and metal components, preferably with AutoDesk Fusion
  • •Ability to bridge mechanical, software, and electronics engineering
  • •Knowledge of defining requirements and engineering test protocols
  • •Solid experience with electrical components for industrial control panels
  • •Design and develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN Electric
  • •Expertise in fieldbus communication protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT)
  • •Experience in building prototypes and elevating concepts to pilots and products
  • •Ability to act as a technical point of contact for suppliers
  • •Experience guiding and training junior engineers
  • •Experience with medical imaging technologies
  • •Understanding of the full product lifecycle
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Team player and open communicator
  • •Excitement to contribute to a sustainable product

Tasks

  • •Define requirements specifications for product components
  • •Create drawings and test scenarios for components
  • •Collaborate with suppliers and software teams
  • •Evaluate prototypes and finalize product components
  • •Test early-stage prototypes and final solutions
  • •Drive documentation in alignment with international standards
