Requirements
- Marketing project management experience, preferably in healthtech, medtech, or B2B technology
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong command of brand governance and consistency enforcement
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Excellent communication skills, confident presentation to senior leadership
- Fluent English; German language skills are a strong plus
- Strategic, proactive, solutions-driven mindset with passion for operational excellence
Tasks
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives
- Own complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Translate strategic priorities into scalable marketing programs
- Write copy and develop campaign assets
- Manage execution across digital, social, print, and internal channels
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing and launch campaigns
- Define project schedules and milestones
- Manage risks and drive continuous improvement
- Drive alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Translate high-level strategic requirements into actionable plans
- Manage relationships with external agencies and service providers
- Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery against scope and quality
- Optimize spend across project budgets
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across campaign assets
- Define and enforce review and approval workflows
- Develop and optimize marketing project management processes
- Deliver executive-level reporting on portfolio performance
- Provide strategic recommendations to management
