- 3-5 years' experience in consumer or brand marketing (ideally Retail, Toy, Fashion, Consumer Products, or fast-paced industries)
- Passion for Toys, Collectibles, and relevant products (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of industry trends, pop culture, and DACH retail landscape
- Advanced knowledge of marketing techniques (social media, digital, influencer)
- Experience in Project, Trade, Retail, Local, and Digital Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create actionable plans
- Ability to present insights to cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, G Suite
- Figma experience (a plus)
- High organizational skills
