- Develop master briefs that translate strategy into objectives

- Oversee end-to-end campaign operations
- Track budgets and perform financial reconciliation
- Manage resource allocation and anticipate seasonal demand
- Negotiate media inventory to optimize cost and quality
- Establish reporting requirements and monitoring mechanisms
- Analyze campaign performance data
- Convert performance findings into clear optimization roadmaps
- Lead post-campaign retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
- Refine vendor contracts, scorecards, and briefing templates
- Update execution playbooks and project management practices
- Introduce new industry approaches to enhance scalability
- Maintain and expand a network of media vendors
- Manage agency and industry stakeholder performance
- Nurture long-term partner relationships
