Market analysis and strategy development for spine and biologics products at a medical technology group. 10+ years market development or B2B sales experience required. Regular international travel expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar
- 10+ years in market development, business development, marketing or sales
- Experience leading significant initiatives with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting and forecasting
- Confident user of CRM systems and standard business software
- Proven collaboration with marketing, sales, product, finance and medical affairs
- Experience mentoring or informally leading others
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Conduct deep market analysis
- Segment markets and understand customer needs
- Size market potential and monitor competitors
- Develop strategic planning and go-to-market designs
- Create market entry and growth strategies
- Build revenue scenarios and pricing logics
- Achieve or exceed sales targets in the Spine business
- Manage key accounts and build relationships with decision makers
- Translate market plans into lead-generation and account plans
- Prepare for product launches and optimize post-launch
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide market insights for messaging and product roadmaps
- Analyze sales data and market research using CRM tools
- Lead cross-functional projects on time and within budget
- Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs
- Communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Drive initiatives across sales, marketing, and medical teams
