Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital transformation projects (manufacturing)
  • 7-10 years technical experience as Manufacturing Systems Engineer
  • University degree (BS or MS preferred) in engineering or science
  • 10+ years experience with international company (manufacturing operations support or consulting)
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and manufacturing systems ecosystem integrations
  • Background as technical resource, SME, project manager (manufacturing OT projects)
  • Knowledge of GxP/non-GxP compliance and regulatory requirements (Life Sciences)
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence senior management (matrix organization)
  • Strong problem-solving, project, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work productively in global environment (international teams)
  • Experience leading RFI/RFP vendor selections
  • Collaborative team player, knowledge sharing, collective problem-solving
  • Essential English proficiency
  • Willingness to support APAC projects (South Korea, China)
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (~10%)

Tasks

  • Oversee key Manufacturing IT/OT site projects.
  • Collaborate with IT leads on IT/OT investments.
  • Lead comprehensive rollouts of Manufacturing OT systems.
  • Ensure project execution within global guidelines.
  • Help establish global project guidelines.
  • Facilitate engagement during escalations.
  • Drive effective decision-making during escalations.
  • Ensure regular project reporting.
  • Ensure Steering Committees are held.
  • Assist Program Manager with post-project lifecycle planning.
  • Provide technical and process guidance for IT/OT optimization.
  • Advise on IT/OT best practices and pitfalls.
  • Form and develop program playbooks.
  • Drive implementation roadmaps.
  • Ensure site readiness for project execution.
  • Support IT leads in vendor selection.
  • Support IT leads in vendor evaluations.
  • Present vendor recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee program execution at ISCO sites.
  • Ensure creation of global User Requirements Specification (URS).
  • Promote standardization in Manufacturing OT deployment.
  • Drive solution adoption across sites.
  • Form a Center of Expertise (CoE) as needed.
