Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • •3+ years of experience as an electrical or mechanical engineer
  • •Strong understanding of electrical equipment and circuits
  • •Proficiency in CAD design and troubleshooting electrical equipment
  • •Familiarity with software (ideally C#) and debugging
  • •Experience with injection molding and validation processes (EIQ/EOQ & NPS) is a plus
  • •Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • •Knowledge of TestStand is an asset
  • •Enjoyment of problem-solving and finding creative solutions
  • •Value teamwork and thrive in collaborative environments
  • •Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies

  • •Build and qualify electrical test equipment
  • •Build and qualify mechanical test equipment
  • •Design new test equipment based on priorities
  • •Innovate test methods and non-product software
  • •Validate equipment for production continuity
  • •Take ownership of equipment availability
  • •Manage equipment repairs throughout the lifecycle
  • •Drive improvements through corrective actions
  • •Implement preventive actions related to equipment
