Requirements

Tasks
- Act as primary risk owner for third-party vendor relationships
- Identify, assess, and mitigate vendor-related risks
- Ensure compliance with DORA requirements for ICT third-party relationships
- Maintain the bank's Information Register for ICT third-party arrangements
- Implement and monitor appropriate contractual provisions
- Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle management
- Conduct due diligence, onboarding, continuous monitoring, and exit strategies
- Establish and negotiate strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs
- Conduct regular business reviews with key vendors
- Drive performance and resolve operational issues
- Negotiate vendor contracts with Legal and Procurement teams
- Integrate robust regulatory clauses into contracts
- Collaborate with 2nd Line of Defense for risk and compliance
- Remediate audit findings and ensure tested Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
- Serve as central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Advise senior management on vendor risk exposure and strategic sourcing
