Senior Manager - Transformation Strategy and Projects(m/w/x)
Strategic HR operating model setup and transformation project steering for a global technology group. Experience in large-scale business transformation programs a plus. Collaboration with Executive Board, 4 weeks vacation.
Requirements
- Outstanding degree in natural sciences, engineering, or business administration with PhD or MBA
- Several years of professional experience in leading management consultancies
- Experience in large transformation programs for business supporting functions (esp. IT/digital/HR) is a plus
- Experience in business transformation and large-scale change projects
- Outstanding analytical competence
- Strategic thinking and implementation skills
- Passion for innovation, business development, and enthusiasm for new technologies
- Very strong soft skills and empathy
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders through organizational change
- Enjoyment of working in agile, networked, and interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fluent German is a strong plus
Tasks
- Collaborate with Executive Board and HR management
- Drive strategic setup of HR operating models
- Improve organizational clarity and cost efficiencies
- Steer strategic initiatives and manage projects
- Implement change management and governance
- Orchestrate senior stakeholder workshops
- Follow up on workshop outcomes
- Break down high-level ideas into specific actions
- Identify and manage cost levers
- Support and control key initiative progress
- Challenge strategic direction of initiatives
- Work across global business units and functions
- Act as a driving force in transformation programs
- Evaluate new technology fields
- Enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Derive and prepare trend-setting decision papers
- Contribute to strategic development of HR capabilities
