Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Natural/Applied Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable field; higher academic degrees are an advantage
  • Proven operational experience in manufacturing, particularly biological products, with strong technological acumen (e.g. vaccine manufacturing technologies); operational experience in NCE drug product manufacturing
  • In-depth understanding of life-science industry, competitive landscape, global benchmarks, with strong focus on Animal Health and operations environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build/maintain strong relationships with internal/external teams, including effective stakeholder integration
  • Ability to deal with complexity, multi-project interdependencies, transversal activities, and present topics clearly and simply
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, anticipate next steps/needs, and switch between strategic/tactical mindset
  • Strong leadership capabilities with ability to energize/motivate teams, combined with conflict resolution skills and assertiveness
  • Fluency in English and good German language skills

Tasks

  • Develop global AH Supply Network Strategy
  • Contribute to global program implementation planning
  • Evaluate SNS projects as required
  • Participate in annual strategy review
  • Coordinate and coach project leads worldwide
  • Ensure synchronized implementation of Supply Network Strategy
  • Support project set-up and scoping
  • Manage project interdependencies
  • Map project stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and resources
  • Generate monthly program implementation reports
  • Provide reports to Supply Strategy Committee
  • Interact with executives and senior leaders
  • Collaborate with AH Global Supply Management
  • Engage with Global Commercial Business
  • Work with Global Innovation
  • Coordinate with Global Supply Leadership teams
