Tasks
- Define and own Supply Chain & Logistics strategy for Project Business
- Establish operating model, governance, and KPIs for planning and fulfillment
- Lead and develop Supply Chain & Logistics team
- Represent Supply Chain & Logistics in Project Business Management Team and cross-functional forums
- Ensure strategic alignment between market demand, project pipeline, manufacturing, and logistics capabilities
- Provide guidance on planning concepts, capacity direction, and service models
- Act as senior sparring partner for cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure high-level service frameworks for key project customers
- Build structured communication models for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive clarity on commitments, priorities, and risks at senior management level
- Partner with Manufacturing and Industrialisation on strategic topics
- Contribute to cost-to-serve, make-or-buy, and network design considerations
- Ensure robust process design and data transparency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact
- Set clear strategic direction and priorities for Project Business
- Lead and align cross-functional stakeholders in complex, dynamic environments
- Communicate confidently and credibly with senior stakeholders and executives
- Adapt communication style and raise risks early
- Promote culture of continuous improvement and problem solving
