- Manage store planning portal for project capacity and delays
- Track concept costs against capex budget and KPIs
- Track all development costs for fixtures and prototyping
- Manage and drive multiple conceptual and implementation projects
- Build strong business relationships with market SD managers
- Develop and implement guidelines and tools for market implementation
- Leverage functional knowledge to improve design efficiency
- Drive process improvements for speed to market
- Self-initiate assignments for commercial design improvements
