Requirements
- Background in commercial and retail design
- Spatial planning and 2D/3D visualization skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other design tools
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Knowledge of furniture design, construction, and retail operations
- Expertise in sourcing and quality control of fixtures, fittings, and retail tools
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage priorities under pressure and handle ad hoc tasks
- Ability to travel as required
- University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent
- 5-8 years in retail design, store development, and layout design
- Strong project management experience in retail/store development
- 5+ years managing 3rd-party supplier relationships (international, ideally Asia)
- Experience in retail concept hardware engineering, sourcing, and global rollouts (furniture preferred)
- Exposure to merchandising, supply chain, and store development
Tasks
- Maximize profitability and efficiency of Retail Concept Portfolio
- Manage development and integration of retail concept hardware
- Support rollout of market-specific retail concepts
- Set up and manage global and regional engineering partners
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies and market needs
- Lead procurement and supply chain for retail concept hardware
- Coordinate with global and third-party vendors for timely delivery
- Oversee full lifecycle of store concepts and fixtures
- Adjust or procure materials as needed
- Manage external vendors and performance oversight
- Train and communicate effectively with vendors
- Develop standardized processes and guidelines
- Conduct health and safety assessments
- Implement installation guidelines
- Support global tender process for concept hardware
- Collaborate with Procurement for supply chain efficiency
- Ensure system and data accuracy
- Provide strategic input during retail concept design
- Optimize supply chain potential and sustainability
- Manage concept-related updates and processes
- Ensure efficient and timely market rollout
- Manage project timelines and internal reporting
- Monitor and resolve process issues
- Initiate continuous performance improvements
- Translate corporate objectives into team plans
- Monitor outcomes and ensure performance improvement
