Requirements
- Extensive experience in consulting, solution engineering, or technology transformation
- Strong expertise in Data & AI, ideally with Generative AI exposure
- Experience leading complex client engagements and stakeholder management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and business development
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Information Systems, or comparable field (Bachelor's or higher)
- Willingness to work on-site at client premises regularly
Tasks
- Lead impactful GenAI transformation projects
- Take end-to-end responsibility for complex client engagements
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to successful delivery
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape AI-driven strategies
- Develop solution architectures and transformation roadmaps
- Focus on Generative AI use cases and scalable enterprise solutions
- Ensure delivery excellence and drive project quality
- Contribute to building long-term capabilities for clients and Eraneos
- Build trusted client relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Help win new clients
- Proactively bring innovative GenAI and Data & AI topics into strategic discussions
- Translate emerging technologies into tangible business value
- Lead proposal development and client presentations
- Participate in pitch meetings and strategic pursuits
- Shape solution offerings and go-to-market initiatives
- Establish long-term partnerships and strategic accounts
- Contribute to the development of Solution Engineering and GenAI capabilities
- Identify emerging technology trends
- Evaluate business potential of emerging technologies
- Transform trends into scalable consulting offerings, accelerators, and frameworks
- Take ownership of strategic topics
- Position Eraneos at the forefront of enterprise GenAI innovation
- Coach and mentor colleagues
- Help teams grow and foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
- Enable high-performing teams
- Support consultants in developing individual strengths and careers
- Serve as a role model combining technological excellence, client centricity, and inspiring leadership
