Tasks
- Report to the Legal Sanctions and AML Director
- Ensure compliance with international trade sanctions and AML regulations
- Develop and implement the compliance management system
- Assess the impact of global sanctions on business operations
- Communicate regulatory findings to relevant internal functions
- Manage updates for trade sanctions IT screening tools
- Conduct compliance assessments on products and third parties
- Apply for export licenses for restricted goods and services
- Lead audits and implement necessary corrective actions
- Negotiate trade control clauses in third-party contracts
- Develop and deliver sanctions and AML training policies
