Requirements

  • •Proven success in setting up and scaling refurbished business
  • •Deep understanding of refurb value chain, economics & KPIs
  • •Hands-on experience with reverse logistics, grading, quality & diagnostic flows
  • •Partner/vendor management, SLAs, hybrid operation models
  • •Experience with trade-in / buy-back sourcing and pricing mechanisms
  • •Knowledge of compliance & data erasure standards (GDPR, WEEE)
  • •Familiarity with required tools & systems (WMS/OMS, diagnostics, serialization)
  • •Experience with tooling/tech stacks: WMS/OMS, diagnostic tools, serialization/IMEI, tracking
  • •Ability to translate strategy into executable operating models, processes & pilot plans
  • •Proven success in international venture building / omnichannel refurbished platform business
  • •Extensive retail experience
  • •Deep commercial understanding and proven experience in P&L responsibility
  • •Tech savvy, strong innovation acumen

Tasks

  • •Build and scale the refurbishment business
  • •Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • •Design scenarios for operational models
  • •Develop a 3-year P&L and investment case
  • •Create a KPI framework for performance metrics
  • •Design end-to-end processes from intake to resale
  • •Define partner strategy and service level agreements
  • •Create a technology and tools blueprint
  • •Scale trade-in and buy-back programs
  • •Set quality gates and yield management standards
  • •Establish data privacy and compliance measures
  • •Develop a 100-day plan with milestones and resources
