Description

In this role, you will develop integration strategies and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful post-merger integration and separation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include compliance oversight, risk identification, and continuous improvement of PMI processes.

Requirements

• •Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience
• •Proven experience as post-merger integration/separation manager in mid-large sized matrix organization or as consultant with at least 10 years of working experience, for which 5 years in corporate environment
• •Strong project management skills including experience leading cross-functional teams
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• •English proficiency, any other language is a plus

Tasks

• •Develop integration strategies with business segments and strategic business units
• •Create comprehensive approaches for post-merger integration and separation planning
• •Ensure compliance of PMI activities with the company's strategy and objectives
• •Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and separation
• •Participate in due diligence processes to define PMI and separation strategies
• •Identify risks and opportunities during due diligence
• •Conduct regular progress reviews and prepare status reports for senior management
• •Contribute to continuous improvement of PMI processes through lessons-learned sessions
• •Update the PMI toolkit based on insights gained
