You will safeguard global operations by driving process safety strategy and leading cross-functional teams to ensure high EHS standards and a secure, compliant supply chain.

Requirements

• •Doctoral or master's degree in EHS, engineering, or natural sciences
• •Expertise in Plant & Process Safety and relevant systems
• •Long-term work experience and several years of leadership experience
• •Strategic entrepreneurial thinking and agile, innovation-oriented mindset
• •Good interpersonal and intercultural sensitivity
• •Fluency in English and good German language skills

Tasks

• •Advise on global plant and process safety management
• •Apply risk-based approaches to ensure EHS performance
• •Safeguard supply chain integrity across all entities
• •Design and implement corporate-wide EHS procedures
• •Support sites in achieving full EHS compliance
• •Define strategic direction for global EHS capabilities
• •Oversee operational execution at corporate and regional levels
• •Lead cross-functional teams through dotted-line structures
• •Solve technical, operational, and organizational challenges
• •Adjust priorities to meet resource and operational demands
• •Interpret EHS regulations for various business sectors
• •Establish cross-functional standards to optimize compliance costs
• •Prevent regulatory actions and ensure reliable product supply
• •Balance regulatory compliance with commercial considerations
• •Influence internal and external stakeholders for effective outcomes
