Tasks
- Own lifecycle of 5-10 strategic corporate partnerships
- Onboard and manage partner programs
- Serve as primary strategic contact for C-suite executives
- Develop and execute annual engagement plans
- Ensure measurable value creation for partners
- Drive NRR/GDR growth through proactive account management
- Track and communicate partnership impact
- Advise on open innovation and startup collaboration
- Design and develop internal innovation units
- Facilitate touchpoints with startup ecosystem
- Stay current on innovation trends
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support new partner acquisition
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Contribute to market mapping and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with program and investment teams
- Provide functional leadership and mentorship
- Standardize account management best practices
- Contribute to partner engagement methodologies
