Tasks

  • Own lifecycle of 5-10 strategic corporate partnerships
  • Onboard and manage partner programs
  • Serve as primary strategic contact for C-suite executives
  • Develop and execute annual engagement plans
  • Ensure measurable value creation for partners
  • Drive NRR/GDR growth through proactive account management
  • Track and communicate partnership impact
  • Advise on open innovation and startup collaboration
  • Design and develop internal innovation units
  • Facilitate touchpoints with startup ecosystem
  • Stay current on innovation trends
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Support new partner acquisition
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to market mapping and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with program and investment teams
  • Provide functional leadership and mentorship
  • Standardize account management best practices
  • Contribute to partner engagement methodologies
