Tasks
- Lead a team of 20 employees across multiple teams
- Oversee end-to-end material, inventory, and procurement flow
- Drive cost-reduction plans
- Manage financial health of the Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Optimize ERP systems like SAP
- Mitigate supply chain risks
- Maintain uninterrupted flow of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and equipment
- Ensure inventory accuracy and cost-optimized stock management
- Enhance process efficiency and material group performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and procedural requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams
- Integrate best-practice workflows
- Balance risk and cost by tracking lead times
- Set safety stock levels
- Validate master data to avoid shortages or excess stock
- Proactively manage capacity, allocation, and inventory
- Implement multi-sourcing and business continuity strategies
- Support initiatives to strengthen resilience against geostrategic supply bottlenecks
