- •5-7 years of embedded systems and semiconductor marketing experience
- •Basic understanding of key IoT technologies
- •Knowledge of MCUs and/or MPUs and development tools
- •Prior experience on mass-market developer platform
- •Prior experience managing programs in a cross-functional environment
- •Prior experience of leading projects with logical mindset
- •Exceptional communication skills
- •Strong drive and ownership to accomplish objectives
- •Task management skills aligning with team’s priorities
- •High willingness to challenge new initiatives
- •Ability to influence and convince internally and externally
- •Team player with a winning mindset
- •Communication skills with global team members
- •Listening to stakeholders’ thoughts deeply
- •Prioritizing regional BizDev teams’ opinions
- •Fair decision making for global market
- •Skills to review legal contracts for partner engagements
- •Fluency in English

Tasks
- •Lead a team to establish a new developer platform for mass-market users
- •Define the mass-market strategy and promotion for the platform
- •Develop concepts to meet mass-market users' needs and enhance competitiveness
- •Set goals and deliverables for key milestones, including research and development phases
- •Manage the platform's implementation and development with internal and external engineering teams
- •Direct Application Engineering and stakeholders for customer journey evaluations
- •Execute the defined Life-Time Management and maintenance processes
- •Define business contribution metrics and prepare reports
- •Outline investment proposals and secure executive buy-in
- •Manage cross-functional collaboration among multiple stakeholders
- •Facilitate training for internal and external stakeholders
- •Collaborate with the Marcom team to define and execute digital campaigns and events
- •Work with global regional marketing teams to plan and execute Go-to-Market strategies
