- Embed ONIQ software into customer day-to-day operations
- Work cross-functionally within ONIQ
- Maximize customer impact
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Ensure project objectives are met
- Maintain continuous customer use of ONIQ software
- Own customer relationship throughout journey
- Identify value drivers for customers using ONIQ software
- Gather customer feedback and requirements
- Contribute to ONIQ’s product strategy
- Respond to customer needs and market trends
