- •4+ years experience in valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence
- •Successful project leadership experience
- •4+ years experience in Big4, valuation boutique, or Investment Bank
- •Good knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting
- •Proficiency in English
- •Excellent excel modelling skills
- •Highly analytical and communicative traits
- •Drive, passion, and an open mindset

- •Conduct post-deal purchase price allocations
- •Align business assumptions with cross-functional teams
- •Support the integration of target companies
- •Conduct post-acquisition assessments
- •Maintain standard valuation tools and models
- •Calculate the company WACC
