Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning(m/w/x)
End-to-end demand forecasting for sexual wellbeing products across channels and markets. Strong S&OP/IBP understanding and advanced Excel skills required. Hybrid work, 25 days holiday, up to 4 weeks remote work per year.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting
- Strong understanding of S&OP / Integrated Business Planning
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with forecasting or demand planning systems
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead planning teams
- Demonstrated leadership managing and developing Demand Planning teams
Tasks
- Own end-to-end demand forecasting process
- Deliver accurate forecasts across channels and markets
- Align commercial plans with demand forecasts, supply capacity, and financial targets
- Integrate external inputs with statistical forecasts
- Partner cross-functionally for marketing, promotions, and product launches
- Ensure timely and high-quality stakeholder inputs
- Collaborate with Supply Planning for optimal inventory availability
- Balance working capital and obsolescence risk
- Monitor and improve key planning KPIs
- Enhance forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory performance
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes
- Improve data quality and planning systems
- Lead and develop Demand Planning team
- Build strong analytical capabilities
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
