Senior Manager Global Skill Management (Strategy & Governance)(m/w/x)
Designing and implementing a strategic skill management approach for a European energy network operator. Extensive experience in strategic skill management and digital HR process implementation required. 30 vacation days, additional days off, and company pension scheme.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven leadership experience and competence working with senior executives and managing key accounts
- Extensive experience in strategic and conceptual work, including organization-wide project implementation
- Deep knowledge of strategic skill management and hands-on experience in digital HR process implementation, HR data analytics, and performance measurement
- Ability to influence and drive Skill Management roadmap at executive level
- Experience communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including executives, IT/Digital teams, business areas, co-determination bodies, and external providers
- Fluent English

- Functionally lead Skill Management Experts
- Coordinate Skill Management Experts within Group HR
- Design a skill-based organization approach
- Implement a skill-based organization approach
- Design a digital end-to-end skill management process
- Implement a digital end-to-end skill management process
- Oversee global Skill Management performance
- Review the Skill Management strategy
- Update the Skill Management strategy
- Review the Skill Management roadmap
- Update the Skill Management roadmap
- Establish clear dashboards for progress tracking
- Establish clear KPIs for progress tracking
- Act as a strategic partner for E.ON-wide stakeholders
- Ensure stakeholders leverage the Skill Management approach

- Align local needs with corporate strategy
