- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and controls
- Analyze and evaluate potential investments
- Lead internal and external audit processes
- Act as primary contact for auditors
- Interact with executive-level internal and external stakeholders
- Provide actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Lead workforce planning, development, and performance management
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth
