- Build relationships with key decision makers and buyers
- Represent assigned customers internally as ambassadors
- Develop and formalize strategic account plans
- Lead and execute sell-in and sell-out plans
- Monitor and manage sell-out and backlog
- Negotiate and enforce trading terms and conditions
- Leverage market and competitive knowledge to influence buying decisions
- Develop and execute grassroots activities to enhance brand image
- Advance client's digital capabilities in the omnichannel marketplace
- Support the director in strategic account management
- Analyze and prepare sales figures and business models
- Identify and implement growth potentials and measures
- Analyze customers, competitors, and market developments
- Continuously learn and develop skills through company programs
- Manage key accounts for sales target planning
- Analyze and increase sell-through and market share
- Use customer-specific sell-out and sell-in numbers
- Monitor and utilize digital KPIs
