Requirements

• •University degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or comparable qualification
• •2–4 years of experience in a digital environment
• •Strong self-organization and time management skills
• •Hands-on experience with Amplitude or Appsflyer
• •Experience in using CMS platforms
• •Ability to conceptualize and optimize digital customer journeys
• •Skilled in managing customer databases and reporting within CRM systems
• •Understanding of data flows between tools and platforms
• •Capability to test and validate platform features
• •Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• •Confident communication in German and English
• •Effective time management and ownership of responsibilities
