Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Master’s
  • •8+ years experience in Controlling, ideally Pharma
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • •Eagerness to explore AI and automation
  • •Experience with business cases, M&A, and IFRS
  • •Excellent command of English and German
  • •Knowledge of another European language (plus)
  • •Experience in cross-border and multicultural collaboration
  • •Analytical, structured, hands-on, and strong communication
  • •Proactive mindset, responsibility, and ownership

  • •Advise the commercial organization on financial and strategic topics
  • •Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • •Ensure accurate month-end and year-end financial closings
  • •Develop financial models for strategic initiatives
  • •Support M&A activities from due diligence to integration
  • •Design KPI frameworks and dashboards for performance steering
  • •Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes
