- Represent owners and support internal customers in commercial matters
- Plan and ensure cost-effective property management
- Negotiate, finalize, and monitor rental and purchase agreements
- Continuously optimize the management portfolio and process flows
- Expand the network with external service providers and brokers
- Conduct project controlling and target/actual comparisons
- Prepare business evaluations and ensure regular reporting
