- Manage the OB Transportation budget
- Hit financial targets through advanced cost management
- Lead carrier negotiations and contract management
- Secure optimal service, capacity, and commercial terms
- Ensure seamless end-to-end operations
- Monitor performance metrics rigorously
- Overperform against lead-time and delivery benchmarks
- Oversee QBR framework for primary carriers
- Drive continuous service improvement
- Implement automation initiatives to simplify logistics
- Enhance departmental scalability
- Serve as final escalation point for carrier management
- Maintain strategic carrier roadmap
